PIU MOSANG-AT OG KASO BATOK SA HVI SA DAUIS BUY-BUST; ₱3.75-M NGA SHABU APIL SA EBIDENSIYA

Isang-at karong Lunes, Hulyo 20, sa Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) sa Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO) ngadto sa Provincial Prosecutor's Office ang kasong paglapas sa Section 5, pagbaligya sa ilegal nga droga ug Section 11, pagpanag-iya sa ilegal nga droga, Article II sa Republic Act 9165 batok sa usa ka giilang high-value individual (HVI) nga nadakpan sa buy-bust operation sa Dauis.

Ang giakusahan mao si Jose Benan Del Rosario, 31 anyos, walay trabaho ug residente sa Barangay Tabajan, Guindulman, Bohol, nga nadakpan alas 8:55 sa gabii niadtong Hulyo 17 sa Purok 7, Barangay San Isidro, Dauis.

Sa operasyon, nasakmit ang 551.1 gramos sa gituohang shabu nga adunay gibanabanaang standard drug price nga ₱3,747,480. Narekober usab ang usa ka cellphone, pouch bag, ₱1,000 nga marked money, 11 ka piraso sa ₱1,000 nga boodle money, ug usa ka motorsiklo nga giingong gigamit sa ilegal nga transaksyon.

Ang buy-bust operation gipangulohan sa Provincial Intelligence Unit/Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PIU/PDEU) sa BPPO ubos sa pagpangulo ni PLt. Col. Joemar S. Pomarejos, diin direktang gidumala nila PLt. Dave H. Surio ug PLt. Noubell L. Padernal, sa pakigtambayayong sa Dauis Municipal Police Station, ilalom sa pagmando ni Bohol Police Provincial Director PCol. Patricio Degay Jr.

Ang mga nasakmit nga ebidensiya gisumite sa Bohol Forensic Unit alang sa laboratory examination ug safekeeping, samtang ang suspetsado nagpabiling gitanggong sa Dauis Municipal Police Station lock-up facility atol sa pagproseso sa kaso.
