Pinaagi sa Executive Order No. 20, Series of 2026 nga gipirmahan ni Governor Aris Aumentado, gi-reactivate sa Kapitolyo ang multi-agency task force human sa forecast sa Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration nga posibleng mosugod ang El Niño tali sa Hunyo ug Agosto ug molungtad hangtod sa katapusan sa tuig.

Gitinguha sa sayong pagpangandam nga maminusan ang epekto sa hulaw sa agrikultura, pangisda, water supply, health services, enerhiya, ug public safety.

Ubos sa direktiba, ang task force maoy mangulo sa preparedness, mitigation, response, ug rehabilitation efforts lakip ang information campaigns, monitoring operations, ug koordinasyon sa mga ahensya sa gobyerno ug civil society groups.
